The ForUsGirls Foundation Emerging Young Global Accelerator is featured in Shopify 2019 Sustainability Report, page 7. This year Shopify provided a $30,000 sponsorship to support our youth entrepreneurship program for BIPOC young womxn in Waterloo Region and Montreal. In 2019, Shopify hosted our YGL Accelerator program sessions and finale at their office in Montreal, QC.
SAP is partnering with The ForUsGirls Foundation to provide accessible tutorials to enrol and register BIWOC professionals to the OpenSap platform. This partnership includes a record of achievement certifications for self-paced courses. The purpose is for our community members to gain technical and non-technical training to advance their individual professional development and careers.
We partner with the Hasso Plattner Institute in NYC to provide Design Thinking workshops for young womxn and girls from the New York City & the Greater to gain innovative, leadership and brainstorming skills. HPI New York is responsible for enhancing HPI's global outreach through a variety of activities, including conferences, symposia, panel discussions, workshops as well as the establishment of strategic partnerships in academia and industry.
