Originally from Haiti, Indina has been living in Montreal for almost nine years, where she currently practices as a lawyer.
After having completed her studies for most of my life in the French system, she obtained her Law degree from the University of Montreal and with the goal of having a more global profile, completed her Masters in Law at the University of California, Berkeley with two certificates of specialization, one in Business Law; and the other in Public Law and Regulation.
While studying, Indina worked in Immigration (specifically on refugee cases), Contracts, and Real Estate law. After being admitted to the Quebec bar, she interned at the global real estate industry leader, Ivanhoe Cambridge, where she later worked for a few months as Legal Counsel mostly in Commercial Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial law.
Presently, Indina is an in-house Legal Counsel at Tarkett Sports, a leader in sports surfacing and a division of the global construction company, Tarkett.
Apart from commercial and corporate law, Indina has a deep sense of activism with an interest in Human Rights and Women’s Rights. Indina wishes to one day use her acquired skills to promote the betterment of her home Country.
